Santa Barbara Dementia Care Management was born from a shared realization: the standard "one-size-fits-all" approach to home care simply isn't enough for families dealing with a loved one with memory loss. Dementia is unique. It requires more than just someone to check boxes on a list of tasks; it requires a special kind of heart, a specific set of skills, and an unwavering commitment to human connection.

We’ve been in your shoes. Between the two of us, we have spent decades at the bedside—both as professional experts and as daughters caring for our own parents. We know the high stakes of inviting a stranger into your home. We know the fear of burnout and the deep desire to preserve your "inner self" and that of the person you love.
